Project Overview

For Immaculata University’s Campus Master Plan, TPD provided transportation planning services.

A Master Plan was created for Immaculata University to expand from 1,144 students, faculty and staff to 1,973 students, faculty and staff. The plan, at full build out, included the construction of a student union building, admissions/financial aid building, residence halls, a new baseball stadium and parking lots and the renovation of existing buildings, stadiums, and parking lots.

TPD’s role in the master planning efforts included coordination with the project team, East Whiteland Township, and PennDOT to develop a traffic improvement plan for the expansion.

FIn conjunction with master planning services, TPD performed a comprehensive traffic impact study via the management of data collection for ten (10) intersections during two (2) time periods for a total of twenty (20) data points.
