Philadelphia Region Veteran Joins TPD Family

TPD is pleased to welcome Herman Lloyd to the TPD family, in the role of Vice President, serving as the Philadelphia Area Regional Leader. Mr. Lloyd began his career in the A/E/C industry over 50 years ago, employed by what is now known as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). At PennDOT, he primarily focused on construction management and inspection, including serving as the Assistant Construction Engineer. After serving 29 years at PennDOT, he spent over two decades at two A/E/C consulting firms, also focusing on construction management, and transitioning into leadership roles.

TPD Expands Southern Operations, Joining with Friction Shift Projects, LLC

TPD and Friction Shift Projects, LLC (FSP) are pleased to announce the joining of the two firms, to continue doing business under the TPD name. TPD is a full-service transportation engineering firm serving the eastern United States, including an office in Asheville, North Carolina. FSP, headed by its founder and president, Kristy Carter, AICP, is an active transportation planning practice based in Asheville as well.
