Congratulations to TPD Vice President & Philadelphia Area Regional Leader, Herman Lloyd, for being recognized by the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia during the 2020 Delaware Valley Engineers Week celebrations with their “Outstanding Service to Engineering” award! Each year, an individual receives this award in recognition of their service to engineering in their personal and professional lives. Mr. Lloyd’s career achievements were recognized as they have stood the test of time.

Some people just can’t help themselves, but to get involved; Mr. Lloyd is one of those people. He has an intense passion for advancing and diversifying the Delaware Valley’s engineering workforce. Throughout his career, Mr. Lloyd has recognized the importance of, and made extensive efforts to, support and facilitate Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the workforce. He is committed to not only the Delaware Valley’s engineering community, but all other communities he has become a part of over his lifetime. We applaud him for these efforts and for earning this highly regarded accolade.
