Doug is a seasoned Project Manager with over three decades of experience designing and managing transportation projects for clients such as PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other public agencies. Doug’s knowledge and experience with all facets of federal and agency design processes allow him to facilitate creative and cost-effective solutions for transportation projects. He has managed projects through all stages of development, from conceptual design and alternatives analyses, to preliminary engineering/final design, through the construction process. In addition, Doug has an excellent history of performance and project delivery for fast-track projects.
