Inc. magazine has named TPD on their Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. TPD’s commitment to growth has earned them a spot for the first time since 2009 when they came in at 4,312. This year they came in at 4,998 in their fourth time on the list.

With 150 members, 10 office locations, and an ever-expanding repertoire of services, TPD has made some notable strides over the past few years. As TPD continues to leverage their resources and recruit top talent, the firm’s trajectory seems to be limitless.

Kevin Johnson, TPD’s President, attributes the firm’s success in recent years to “TPD’s dedication to investing in human capital and exploring new service-driven and geographic opportunities, while operating as lean and strategically as possible.”

This year the firm has also landed on the Zweig Group’s Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work list (a national ranking) as well as Engineering News Record’s list of Top Design Firms in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
