TPDers Recognized for Regional TDM Efforts

Paige Glassman and Shelby Lynch, Transportation Planning Specialists at TPD, were named to the list of Top Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Professionals Under 40 by the Greater Valley Forge (GVF) TMA. Each year at their Annual Meeting, GVF recognizes ambitious leaders in our industry who are working to find creative solutions to improve our quality of life through engineering, planning, the development of commuting alternative programs, and more, in turn shifting behavioral change.

Paige Glassman, EIT: Ms. Glassman’s experience has an emphasis on Transportation Impact Studies (TIS), including trip generation projections, traffic data evaluation, and traffic modeling with respect to land development for projects located throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. Ms. Glassman has also been involved with identifying TDM solutions for numerous land development applications in the Greater Philadelphia area, including on-site strategies and facilities. She has also heavily researched the history, development and impact with Transit Oriented Developments (TODs).

Shelby Lynch: Ms. Lynch has helped plan SEPTA station improvements in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester Counties. These improvements facilitate multimodal commutes for the area’s bus and rail riders, further promoting TDM and suburbia’s use of additional modes of transportation. Ms. Lynch has also been involved with identifying TDM solutions for numerous land development applications in the Greater Philadelphia area.
