TPD’s Structural Services Department has demonstrated success in delivering a range of structure projects for construction, including bridge superstructures and substructures, bridge construction, culverts, retaining walls, and noise walls. Our inspectors work in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS).

TPD’s inspectors are certified and experienced in providing inspections for the following structures:

  • Concrete and steel culverts
  • Confined space pipes
  • Wall inspection

TPD has experience working with public sector agencies across the board and have become familiar with all facets of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. We typically partner with the following organizations to deliver these projects:

  • Non-profit agencies

Mentoring is prioritized at TPD so that our engineers and designers carefully follow internal and mandated processes and procedures. Our staff members are encouraged to pursue certifications as a best practice. Nearly all of TPD’s inspectors are Professional Engineers (PE) or Engineers-in-Training (EIT).
