TPD’s Highway Services Department has existed since the firm’s inception in 1989. The firm’s designs are woven into the fabric of the geographic areas TPD serves. Our highway designers and engineers also provide technical support to TPD’s Structural Services Department on a variety of assignments including bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects.
