Kellen possesses 16 years of experience, including work on major transportation infrastructure projects across the United States, with several state DOTs, toll agencies, cities and universities. Philadelphia Region Veteran Joins TPD Family

TPD is pleased to welcome Herman Lloyd to the TPD family, in the role of Vice President, serving as the Philadelphia Area Regional Leader. Mr. Lloyd began his career in the A/E/C industry over 50 years ago, employed by what is now known as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). At PennDOT, he primarily focused on construction management and inspection, including serving as the Assistant Construction Engineer. After serving 29 years at PennDOT, he spent over two decades at two A/E/C consulting firms, also focusing on construction management, and transitioning into leadership roles.
