Hosting students through our co-op and internship program is not only beneficial for the students but TPD views it as an opportunity as well; the chance to gain new perspectives from bright minds, as well as relationship building with tomorrow’s workforce.

Our co-ops and interns perform REAL work on REAL agreements.

With oversight and mentoring provided by their direct manager and managing peers, our students tackle real-world challenges and perform meaningful work as part of our team. We encourage our students to make the most of their time at TPD, providing cross-training opportunities, and an inclusive, energetic and welcoming culture.
