On Friday, April 19th, we hosted 17 kids between the ages of 6 to 11 at our HQ in Pottstown, PA for our annual Take Our Children to Work Day festivities! Our icebreaker activity was the game “One Truth and One Lie” – we learned about each other by guessing which was the truth and which was their red herring.

TPDer Recognized as the 2024 PESMC Engineer of the Year

TPD is pleased to announce that Gregory (Greg) Bitsko, PE, PP, TPD’s New Jersey Regional Structures Leader, was named the 2024 Engineer of the Year by the Professional Engineers Society of Mercer County (PESMC), a Chapter of NSPE-NJ. This recognition is a result of “Greg’s 40 years of experience of bridge design, past and current involvement on projects within Mercer County, and leadership on notable structural projects across New Jersey, and the high esteem of his colleagues,” as remarked by Tejal Patel, PE, PESMC President. Greg proudly received the award at the PESMC’s 62nd Annual Gene R. O’Brien Awards Banquet in Ewing, NJ on Saturday, February 24th.

TPD Recognized with Three GDUSA Awards

TPD received three awards from Graphic Design USA (GDUSA)’s American Graphic Design Annual Award program for their design work on three separate multimodal planning projects in Western North Carolina. These designs were created and executed by TPD’s Creative Design Manager, Danielle Kauffman. Each of the three plans won in the “Designing for Good” category.
