Paige Glassman and Shelby Lynch, Transportation Planning Specialists at TPD, were named to the list of Top Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Professionals Under 40 by the Greater Valley Forge (GVF) TMA. Each year at their Annual Meeting, GVF recognizes ambitious leaders in our industry who are working to find creative solutions to improve our quality of life through engineering, planning, the development of commuting alternative programs, and more, in turn shifting behavioral change.
Christian Antisell, EIT, ENV SP, a Highway Design Specialist at TPD, was recognized on Thursday, May 5th by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Philadelphia Section at their Annual Spring Social. He was presented with their Community Outreach and Service Award for his efforts related to the Younger Member Forum (YMF)’s student outreach program and dedication to community service.
We welcome Douglas Badali, PE to the TPD team. Doug will be working out of TPD’s Harrisburg, PA office, collaborating with clients to design and deliver projects, as well as coordinating on TPD’s teaming and project pursuits.

Brevard City Council has hired a local company to work with the N.C. Department of Transportation (DOT) to design and install a roundabout at the intersection of Ecusta Road and Old U.S. 64 near Wilson Road. During Tuesday night’s council meeting, the city entered into a professional services agreement with Traffic Planning and Design, Inc., of Brevard to plan and design use of that section of roadway beyond the state’s standard landscaping treatments for a projected flat fee of $13,500.
