TPD worked hand-in-hand with the Transportation Management Association of Chester County, PA (TMACC) and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) to create a plan for a pop-up protected bike lane and some bike sharrow lanes for downtown West Chester. The goal was to start conversation on and demonstrate the potential usefulness of lanes such as these, and to drive legislation changes to make these possible.
