We recently welcomed four senior-level managers to the TPD team – leaders who have demonstrated records of technical excellence and client satisfaction within the New Jersey transportation marketplace. Combined with TPD’s established services and operations, these managers will work with agencies, counties, municipalities and others to deliver a full range of quality engineering and construction services for projects in New Jersey. Leishana (Shana) Battaglini, NICET IV

New Jersey Regional Construction Manager

Shana is a qualified and respected professional with 25 years of Construction Management and Construction Inspection experience, primarily in New Jersey. She has an extensive history managing and coordinating highway and municipal construction projects in numerous leadership roles, for a wide array of clients including NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, DRPA, DRJTBC, NJ Transit, PennDOT and DelDOT.

 

HIGHWAY SERVICES

Gregg Fodale, PE, PP, CME

New Jersey Regional Highway Leader

Gregg is a seasoned Project Manager with 37 years of experience performing large-scale highway design and management services. He augments TPD’s ability to provide a broad range of design services in New Jersey, as he has extensive experience providing the full spectrum of these services to clients such as NJDOT, NJTA, NYSDOT, DVRPC, the Port Authority of NY & NJ, as well as various counties and other clients.

 

STRUCTURAL SERVICES

Greg Bitsko, PE, PP

New Jersey Regional Structures Leader

Greg is TPD’s Central Jersey Office Manager. He has 36 years of transportation engineering experience, including managing public sector projects for clients such as NJDOT, DRJTBC, DRPA, PennDOT, and a variety of counties. Prior to joining the consulting community in 2003, Greg worked as an engineer for Monmouth County for 18 years, ultimately serving as the County Bridge Engineer responsible for the County’s 900+ bridges and related structures. This combined experience has given him a unique perspective, making him an excellent client manager and teaming partner.

 

Janella Guillermo, PE

Senior Project Manager

Janella’s 15 years of experience includes successfully delivering bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects to public sector clients in New Jersey, including Monmouth County, Mercer County, Ocean County, Sussex County, and the DRJTBC. Janella and our New Jersey structures staff specialize in providing the following services for departments of transportation, toll commissions, municipalities, counties, transit authorities, and non-profit agencies: design of bridge replacements and rehabilitations, superstructures and substructures, culverts, retaining walls, and pedestrian structures, as well as construction support activities.
