TPD welcomes Teresa Buckwalter, PLA to the TPD team! Teresa is based out of our Asheville, North Carolina office and possesses two decades of community design and project management experience in Western North Carolina and the upper Midwest. Her extensive experience will be integral to TPD’s multimodal planning team as she develops bicycle and pedestrian plans, multimodal and transportation plans, and implementation projects.

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Troy Brestel, Project Manager, to TPD’s Transportation Planning Services Department! He has extensive experience performing traffic engineering, traffic planning and plan review services, including 15 years of service in the Delaware Department of Transportation’s (DelDOT) Division of Planning.
