TPD President, Kevin Johnson, Wins Advocacy Award

On Wednesday, June 19, 2019, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) named Kevin Johnson, PE the Advocacy Award winner during their Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Luncheon. This meeting is held annually for members and colleagues to celebrate TMACC’s successes over the past year and honor their members who have gone above and beyond to “live” their mission. Specifically, the award for Advocacy is presented to an individual or group that displays institutional leadership working towards advancing TMACC’s priorities, including improving air quality, congestion mitigation and improving access to transportation.

Lehigh Valley Business has named TPD as a 2018 Business of the Year in their 101+ employee category. The award program, produced by Lehigh Valley Business, is presented by Highmark Blue Shield, and celebrates the greater Lehigh Valley’s most dynamic businesses and business leaders who share a commitment to professional excellence, business growth and the community.

Frank Falzone Named PSPE Young Engineer of the Year

Frank Falzone, PE, Project Manager in TPD’s Access Design Department, was named the 2018 Young Engineer of the Year by The Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE). Mr. Falzone is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is a vibrant member of the TPD team who exudes positivity and a “can-do” attitude. He currently serves the PSPE Reading Chapter as State Director.

TPD Named a Fastest-Growing Company in America

Inc. magazine has named TPD on their Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. TPD’s commitment to growth has earned them a spot for the first time since 2009 when they came in at 4,312. This year they came in at 4,998 in their fourth time on the list.

Shawn Glick named a CFO of the Year in 2018

Shawn Glick, CFO of TPD, was named a CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ). Each year, the PBJ selects a list of executives who exemplify professionalism, integrity, resilience, and mastery of all the financial and people skills that make a successful CFO. On July 12, 2018, the 21 honorees were recognized at the PBJ’s awards ceremony at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City.
